It really depends on where you’re at and what your skin needs! If you’re working toward a corrective goal, like clearing acne, I usually recommend coming in a little more frequently — about every 2 to 4 weeks — so we can fine-tune your treatments and home care. Once your skin is in a good place and you feel confident with your routine, maintenance facials every 6 to 8 weeks (or even just seasonally) can keep you glowing. Some clients also love to pop in before a big event for that extra boost of radiance and self-care — and honestly, who doesn’t love a reason to treat themselves?

The Clear Skin Session is all about supporting you on your journey to healthy, clear skin — but remember, it’s a marathon, not a sprint! Unlike strict “bootcamp” programs, I take a flexible, customized approach because no two skins (or journeys) are exactly alike. Each session gives your skin a little boost, but the real magic happens by finding the right products for you and staying consistent at home. I’m just here to guide you, adjust along the way, and cheer you on every step of the journey.

Definitely. In fact, many of my clients first come to me with sensitized or reactive skin. My treatments are always designed to nurture and strengthen — not overwhelm — your skin. I use gentle but powerful products and focus on supporting your skin’s natural barrier while addressing the root causes of irritation. I truly believe that healthy skin is built over time, with patience and the right care. Slow and steady wins the race — and your skin will thank you for it.
